Darrel Helene Shafran - Technician and owner of Permanent Image, has been trained and certified in the latest techniques of Permanent Cosmetic Makeup.

Her continuing attendance at training seminars and industry shows keeps her up to date on the latest advances in this emerging field of medical technology and beauty. She is an active member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP). She is a Diplomat of The American Academy of Micropigmentation and co-founder of the Tri-State Permanent Cosmetics Association. She recently received honorable mention in the 1st Annual Eyebrow Competition sponsored by the P.C. Newsletter, a trade publication that represents the industry nationwide.

In addition to providing permanent cosmetic services for the past fourteen years, she is a licensed electrologist, practicing the art of permanent hair removal for over twenty years. Her clinic also offers waxing services. All services are available to both men and women.
